Troubles Bill will not bring ‘witch hunt’ of veterans – Killed soldier’s brother

Andy Seaman, whose brother Pte Tony Harrison was murdered in Belfast in 1991, poses for a photo on College Green in London ahead of a parliamentary briefing event on the Troubles Bill (Yui Mok/PA) - (PA Wire)

Andy Seaman joined military veterans Nicholas Mercer and John Donnelly to meet MPs and peers on Monday and argue against former soldiers being shielded from accountability.
