Disney's D23 Expo, the ultimate fan event, unveiled a treasure trove of news for Disney Parks, with a particular focus on the parks inside Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Among the most anticipated announcements is the creation of a Tropical Americas land at Animal Kingdom, with brand-new "Encanto" and Indiana Jones rides.
The announcement was made this weekend during Disney's fan fest. This is part of a broader effort by the company to revitalize its parks and maintain a competitive edge in the theme park industry, particularly as Universal's Epic Universe looms on the horizon.
