It was a case of 'taps aff' for revellers at TRNSMT as the sun shone brightly for day two of the festival at Glasgow Green.
Bikini tops and sunglasses as well as lots of drinking water were very much the order of the day as temperatures reached as high as 21 degrees and burned those within the sun’s grasp.
The queues were long but for those who got in early doors, it didn’t stop music fans from enjoying the sounds of Dylan, Griff, and Example ahead of The Snuts, Foals and The Strokes taking to the main stage later on Saturday night.
The day started leisurely with many Saturday revellers choosing to sit on the grass and catch some rays.
After opening up the Saturday session, Dylan joined the crowd to dance around for Griff’s set, following in the footsteps of Lewis Capaldi and Sam Fender who last night climbed atop the middle viewing platform to watch Paolo Nutini perform.
The pace began picking up for Example's mid-afternoon set as he got the crowd even sweatier with his high octane performance.
Over at the Boogie Bar, the Ibiza-style partying began early as hands went up in the air as the music blasted.
Years and Years cancellation due to Olly Alexander’s illness meant Wet Leg’s slot was moved from King Tut's stage to the main stage, while CMat was moved into their slot and Baby Strange ended up headlining the River stage.
The lines for ice cream, lollies and water got increasingly longer as one in the queue said: "Us Scots are not built for this heat."
