It's taken a long time to be on display but Chris Fagan is a happy man about the prospect of having a trio of tall forwards at his disposal heading into the AFL finals.
For the first time Oscar Allen joined Eric Hipwood and Logan Morris in a Brisbane Lions forward line on Friday night as the premiers outclassed Hawthorn by 67 points at a packed Gabba.
Morris kicked four first-half goals while Hipwood chipped in with two of his own to leave Fagan confident he has a new weapon in his armory as the Lions chase a premiership three-peat.

"I liked it," Fagan said.
"Oscar didn't have a lot of the ball, but that's often what happens when you have three of them there.
"But between them, they caused a bit of chaos. The ball hit the deck and the lads up there did a pretty good job of cleaning up when it did."
The biggest beneficiary of that chaos was Kai Lohmann, who kicked five goals in a best-on-ground performance that had Fagan beaming for his small forward.
"He's just got his pressure right," Fagan said.
"He doesn't have to worry about doing all those freakish things. They just happen."When he focuses entirely on putting pressure on, his game seems to come together."
