Tributes for a young Glasgow chef have poured in after he was 'taken too soon'.
Ross McComish passed away suddenly this week leaving friends, family and his workplace, restaurant The Gannet devastated.
The West End restaurant paid tribute to the talented chef in a social media post, praising Ross's passion for the industry as well as his 'charm' and 'quick wit'.

The post read: "Yesterday we received the devastating news that our friend & colleague Ross McComish has passed away.
"During the time Ross spent with us he endeared himself with his charm, quick wit and was loved by all.
"It’s incredibly sad to see such an enthusiastic chef with a passion for our industry, his whole life and career ahead of him taken so soon.
"Our thoughts go out to his family at this difficult time. He will be dearly missed by all here at The Gannet."
Further tributes were made in the comments including from Ross's brothers, Euan and Jack.
Euan said: "Thank you for taking care of him he was one in a million and loved working with you all! Love you big bro."
While Jack said: "Thank you for look after my wee bro, he was in the happiest place to cook as a chef and be loved too."
Friends of Ross and customers of the restaurant also left tributes, with one saying: "So desperately sad of Ross passing. I am sure all at The Gannet are devastated with this sad news about Ross.
"RIP and May his family and friends find comfort in all that Ross has achieved. What a smile! Blessings to all."
While another added: "I’m so sorry to read of this young man’s passing. Gone far too soon. Sending deepest sympathy and love."
