Tributes paid as former Dublin City manager Frank Feely dies

Tributes have been paid for former Dublin City and County Manager Frank Feely following his death.

Mr Feely died earlier today in St James's Hospital and is survived by his beloved wife Ita. He is also remembered by his children Orla, Ronan and Niamh and is predeceased by his daughter Emer.

His funeral is due to take place on Thursday morning in Terenure. He has been remembered by Dublin City Council for his time as manager between 1979 and 1996.
