Tributes have been paid to a police officer at East Midlands Airport after his death. PC Clive Harvey has been described as a "dear friend and colleague" who worked all over Leicestershire as well as recently at the Castle Donington airport.
His colleagues say he will be "greatly missed" and have passed on their thoughts to his family. He died on Thursday, April 21. East Midlands Airport police posted on social media: "It is with great sadness that we let you know our dear friend and colleague PC Clive Harvey died yesterday.
"He worked all over Leicestershire as an officer, most recently here at the East Midlands Airport. He’ll be greatly missed and we all send our sympathies to his family." There has been an outpouring of love and support after PC Harvey's death from the public and those that knew him.

Leicestershire British Transport Police tweeted: "Our thoughts are with you." Another person replied: "RIP Clive Harvey, thank you for your service over the years. Thinking of all those that are left behind."
"I met him once," said another Twitter user. "He was a gentle giant. Thoughts to his thin blue line family, friends and family."
