A man from East Kilbride has been left devastated after the passing of his beloved brother earlier this month.
Allan Laurie lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on May 9, just a couple of months after he received the diagnosis and found out the disease had spread to his liver.
Brother, Stevie, had visited the 63-year-old on the morning of his passing.

He told Glasgow Live: "I was down seeing him in the morning and he was on a lot of painkillers so he didn't really notice that I was there.
"One of the people caring for him phoned me later and said he wasn't going to make it. I tried to organise a lift to go see him.
"They phoned me five minutes later to tell me that he had passed away.
"He could have had cancer for years because it wasn't initially picked up. Allan was only diagnosed in the last couple of months"
The East Kilbride man was well-liked and had been lovingly nicknamed 'Pog' by some. His brother believes Allan's death will leave a massive hole in the community.
Stevie said: "He was a really big gentle giant. He was a great brother and would always stand by you.
"Allan will definitely be a big loss. You always expect to see him.
"He would pop down to see us, his loss will have a big impact."
A fundraiser was created to raise cash for Allan's funeral costs and has so far raised more than £4,500. The outpouring of love for his brother has blown Stevie away.
He said: "I was overwhelmed, we couldn't believe how much money had been donated.
"It was going to be a really quiet funeral but now Allan is going to have the send off he deserves.
"Seeing everybody donate shows how much he was liked."
