Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold has hit back at his critics by claiming their opinion on his defending is 'lazy'.
The 24-year-old has come under fire for his defending this season with some mistakes being heavily scrutinised in the media and by rivals fans.
Alexander-Arnold made his first appearance at the World Cup for England in their 3-0 win over Wales on Tuesday night when coming on as a substitute on the hour mark as the Three Lions progressed to the last 16.

Liverpool are upping the pressure in their pursuit of Jude Bellingham and may have forced rivals Real Madrid to explore alternative options, according to Sky Sports Germany.
Bellingham is no doubt set to be the world's most in-demand player in the summer after an outstanding start to his domestic season with Borussia Dortmund. The teenager is currently starring for England in their World Cup campaign and started all three of their games as the Three Lions topped Group B and set up a Sunday evening round-of-16 tie against Senegal.
The Reds are thought to be one of several massive admirers of Bellingham, but face stiff competition from the likes of Madrid and Manchester City for the 19-year-old's signature. That being said, Jurgen Klopp's side are said to be among the favourites to sign the teenager.
