It’s Wednesday, which means it’s New Heights podcast day. The newest episode of the sports and pop culture pod hosted by brothers Jason and Travis Kelce dropped, and the duo finally addressed something that’s been pressing this football season: the “Tayvoodoo.”
“Tayvoodoo” is a term coined by the internet to attempt explain the unexplainable phenomenon around Taylor Swift and those that seem to slight the 14-time Grammy winning singer. Swift has been dating Travis Kelce for over a year now, Swifties have credited “Tayvoodoo” with helping the Chiefs get improbable wins. Usually, “Tayvoodoo” follows some unprompted hate, like Bills fans burning pictures of her while tailgating or the Ravens fan that bought then broke one of her records before the postseason game last year.
Now “Tayvoodoo” has made it into the discussion on New Heights as the brothers discussed the most recent close win for the Kansas City Chiefs
“There’s some unknown,” Jason said before trailing off with a laugh as little brother Travis interrupted with “Here you go with this [expletive] Tayvoodoo [expletive] again.”

The best part? Probably that Travis said “again,” meaning this discussion has happened before. Don’t play with the Tayvoodoo!
