The budding relationship between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift had been the talk of the NFL season, and it will continue into the Super Bowl with the Chiefs’ second straight AFC title.
Well, the Chiefs tight end is enjoying every minute of it.
Kelce joined Wednesday’s edition of The Pat McAfee Show on ESPN to talk about the Chiefs’ Super Bowl run, and, yes, his relationship with the 12-time Grammy winner. And that was when Kelce detailed that the pair had known each other for a month before she made that Sept. 24 trip to Arrowhead to watch the Chiefs take on the Bears.

He said:
“We had known each other for pretty close to a month up to that point. … So it wasn’t just an out-of-the-blue ‘Hey, come to the game and enjoy the game.'”
Later in the interview, McAfee said that Swift and Kelce were in love to which the Chiefs tight end responded:
“It’s a beautiful thing, isn’t it? Hopefully everybody realizes that we’re just two people in a relationship supporting each other and having fun with it. It’s nothing more than that. … We enjoy every single bit of it. I love it when Taylor comes and supports me, enjoys the game with the fam and friends. It’s been nothing but a wonderful year, man.”
