As the UK faces a cost of living crisis and families tighten their budgets, Travelodge has made it easier for people to get away by offering more than 800,000 rooms for £32.99 or less. For a family of four this works out at £8.24 per person, giving people the chance to go on a budget-friendly staycation.
The offer is available across its 580 UK hotels and starts on August 16, so there’s still time to book a last-minute getaway before the end of the summer. The offer is in place until December 30.
Family rooms feature a king size bed and two pull out beds for children, sleeping up to four people. More than 200 Travelodge hotels provide an on-site restaurant called The Bar Café which offers breakfast, dinner and bar menu service.

To help make trips even more affordable, adults can enjoy an unlimited hot buffet breakfast which starts from only £8.99, while two kids under the age of 15 eat for free with each paying adult. Guests can choose from a cooked English breakfast (with vegetarian options available) as well as a selection of continental items.
There’s also a £12.75 meal deal where you can choose any main meal plus side or desert. You can tuck into freshly made stone-baked pizzas, tasty burgers and pub classics such as fish and chips.
Earlier this year Travelodge revealed that it was transforming its brand with a new budget luxe premium look and feel design. So far 30 of its hotels have been upgraded with the new design.
