A woman has defended herself after refusing to move out of a priority seat for an elderly passenger on the train.
The rail user said she had been travelling from London to Aberdeen in first-class. Upon boarding, she said she was allocated a priority seat.
Priority seats are designed to be easily accessible for passengers who need them. These seats are intended for people who are disabled, elderly and pregnant women.
