Train operator slammed over broken toilets on five-hour routes between London and Scotland

A train operator has been slammed after it confirmed all on-board toilets were out of use on a service between London and Scotland.

Lumo has confirmed that its five-and-a-half-hour route on the West Coast Main Line between London Euston and Stirling was running, but without any available toilets.
