Tragic schoolboy Archie Battersbee has died after his life support was switched off today, his heartbroken mother has confirmed.
The 12-year-old was in hospital since April after suffering a catastrophic brain injury. His parents launched a desperate bid to continue his treatment.
Speaking outside the hospital in London today, mum Hollie Dance said her brave son Archie "fought right until the very end and I am so proud to be his mum".
