A woman has tragically been found dead inside a County Durham property.
Durham Constabulary officers were called to a house on Nesbit Road, Peterlee, shortly before noon on Saturday, June 10.
A 45-year-old woman was pronounced dead inside the property on arrival.

A force spokesman said: "Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances, but it is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
"Our thoughts are with her family at this time, and we would like to thank members of the public for their help and support."
