A Scottish couple were left devastated following the loss of their two adult children within the same year.
David Christopher, 45, and Louise Russell, 54, from Cupar in Fife, will take on the gruelling North coast 500 walk around Scotland in their memory.
Ciaran and Siobhan Russell died just months apart.
