A little girl, aged four, has died after reportedly being attacked by a dog. Officers were called by the ambulance service on Tuesday evening (January 31) to a property in Milton Keynes.
Officers had received a report that a dog had attacked a child in the back garden of a property in Broadlands, Netherfield. It was quickly confirmed that the child had died at the property.
Officers remain at the scene, where the dog has since been humanely destroyed. No one else was hurt as a result of the incident, and the child’s family are being supported by specially trained officers. No arrests have been made.
