A five-year-old girl has died suddenly in the Knightswood area of the city.
The child fell ill on Saturday with her cause of death currently unknown, but officers say it is not being treated as suspicious.
The young girl had recently joined St Ninian's Primary with the school's headteacher informing parents of the sad news earlier this week.
