Yazmin Oukhellou has been told by doctors she is "very, very lucky" to be alive following the horrific car accident in Turkey which killed her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean.

The Only Way Is Essex star is in a stable condition and is recovering in hospital after surgery.

The 28-year-old is said to have pulled herself from the overturned car with a bleeding arm to try and get help following the accident.
