TOWIE's Mark Wright responds to Love Islander Luca Bish's claim that he is 'punching' with Michelle Keegan

TOWIE star Mark Wright has responded to Love Island's Luca Bish after the Brighton fishmonger made a dig at him. Luca took aim at Mark during last night's instalment of Love Island (July 25) shortly before he fell out with fellow Islander Paige Thorne.

Whilst the Islanders gathered for the talent show, which the hit ITV2 show hosts every season, Luca took aim at Mark Wright, who randomly came up in a conversation between Luca, Adam Collard and Paige. Luca asked Adam and Paige if they thought Mark, who is married to actress Michelle Keegan, was 'punching', reports The Mirror.

As the trio stood in the kitchen, Luca asked: “Oi Adam, would you say Mark Wright's really good-looking?”

Adam replied he thought he was 'pretty good-looking', before Luca declared Mark was 'not all that'. It was clear that Luca thinks Michelle is much better looking than her husband, who he thinks is 'punching big time'.

Luca's comments about Mark caused a stir in the villa, with paramedic Paige jumping in to say that Luca was punching with his long-time partner in the villa, Gemma Owen. This led to Luca claiming that Paige was punching with controversial Islander Adam, causing Paige to storm off.

The random dig at Mark left viewers baffled, with the TOWIE star himself seeming equally confused by the drama. Responding to Luca's attack, Mark posted a topless photo of himself in bed, looking very tired after just waking up.

The 35-year-old wrote on Twitter: "8:30am in Sydney…. minding my own business (literally sleeping) Waking up like…. What did I do? #luca"

A fan named Michelle wrote under Mark's tweet: "I actually 'gasped' out loud!! How dare he #luca...just jealous Mark!"

Claudette said: "My daughter and I gasped when he said you were punching..couldn't believe he said it on live TV"

"I literally thought "Wow! What a cheek". Ignore him..he's envious!" said Mrs S.
