Towie star James 'Arg' Argent tucked into a delicious breakfast while on a weekend break, after being told to gain weight, following his dramatic 13 stone weight loss.
The 34-year-old beamed as he enjoyed two buttery croissants while visiting the Roslin Beach hotel in Southend-on-Sea.
Arg had gastric surgery last spring after reaching 27st, but recently revealed he needs to put some weight back on.
In an interview with The Sun, The Real Dirty Dancing cast member said: "This is the first time in my life that I like the way I look too - I don’t feel ugly anymore - I’m content and happy with my appearance.
"The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone,” he laughed. “Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me - that’s just me!”
Arg was told to "lose weight or die" by doctors after he reached 26st 13lB in 2020 after junk food binges during the pandemic.
He had a gastric sleeve operation last April, which cost £10,000.
He said at the time: "I don’t want to die. An op is the only way I can lose weight."
Yesterday, the TV personality smiled on his balcony while on a weekend get-away, wearing a black t-shirt, matching jeans and a hoodie around his waist.
With the blue sea in the background, Arg captioned the post: "It's a beautiful day."
Earlier this month, Arg was spotted buying health drinks while out in Harlow, Essex.

The slimmed-down star beamed in the striking snaps as he appeared to be struggling to carry the cases of drinks which he stocked up on from The Food Warehouse.
Last month, the reality TV star admitted that he experienced a relapse after suffering a 'blip' which saw him break two years of sobriety during a night out with friends.
Thankfully, Arg admitted that 'everything is positive now'.
Speaking on Loose Women, Arg explained his 'blip' but said that he was 'feeling okay' again after 'getting cocky and confident' with his sobriety.
Arg revealed that being isolated in his Essex pad was one of the main reasons for his relapse.
He said: "My chaos starts when I'm indoors, bored, lonely. But, I'm feeling good, I'm feeling okay. It was a shock to the system a few weeks ago.
"I was clean and sober just over two years, I had to learn a very hard tough lesson, I haven't let it get me down. It was a blip, I nipped in a bud but got straight back on it and doing well."
