Amber Turner has made the decision to withdraw from an international trip with her The Only Way Is Essex cast mates, according to reports.
The reality star who has appeared on the programme since 2017 had been romantically involved with Dan Edgar, with the pair having a six-year relationship although this came to an end this year.
Following their split, Dan appeared to have moved on after being pictured getting cosy with a mystery woman at an airport and has since jetted off abroad with a mystery blonde.
The cast of TOWIE were set to fly out to Cyprus to film episodes of the ITVBe show although Amber has reportedly made the decision to withdraw.
A source said that it was "too soon" for her to be around Dan while shooting on location.
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: "Amber made it clear she wasn't going to go on the overseas trip if Dan was there. She feels it's too soon after their break-up to have to go on a plane with him and the rest of the cast to film on location.
"It's one thing filming back home in Essex where she can avoid him, but on these trips, there is no escape."
Although it appears Amber's mind is made up, the insider said there is from for her to change her mind before adding: "Only time would tell."
"Amber was in two minds whether to even return to Towie this series, but it's a job she loves and she didn't want what happened between her and Dan to ruin that for her," they added.
Following hers and Dan's split, Amber was said to be "terrified" that he would introduce a new love interest to the cast of the show.
A source has told The Sun: "It's all still very fresh and raw, so she was stunned when she learned that he was already dating somebody new.
"Amber is convinced that she's going to be blindsided and Hannah will turn up during filming - it's making her really anxious and she’s been confiding in some of her castmates in private," said a source.
However, a spokesperson for Dan told the Mirror: "Dan recently went on holiday with friends to Marbella for his birthday.
"He met Hannah towards the end of the trip who he knows vaguely from home who was also out there on holiday with her friends.
"Dan and his friends extended their trip a couple of times and Dan ended up on the same flight home as Hannah where they were pictured waiting for food at a fast food restaurant at the airport.
"They were not alone in the airport and did not go away together as is being claimed. Dan is 100% single and any claims in the media are completely untrue."
ITV were approached for comment.
