Tourist pleads guilty over fatal e-scooter crash

An English backpacker who fatally collided with a beloved father of two while riding an e-scooter drunk on has pleaded guilty.

Alicia Kemp, 25, struck pedestrian Thanh Phan, 51, while riding through central Perth about 8.40pm on May 31.
