Anthony Joshua's rematch against Oleksandr Usyk could be held at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium or in the Middle East according to promoter Eddie Hearn.
'AJ' will be searching for his redemption after losing his unified titles to Usyk at the North London venue in September last year.
Joshua was in talks to step aside and abandon his rematch with Usyk to allow Tyson Fury to fight the Ukrainian, but Fury will now instead face Dillian Whyte after negotiations collapsed.
The Briton's promoter Hearn expects the fight now to be made for a date in late May or early June with Usyk's team in the UK this week to finalise talks.
"I’ve just come back from the Middle East," Hearn told the DAZN Boxing Show. "We’ve had numerous meetings with different countries in the Middle East to stage that fight.
"I had a call with Daniel Levy from Tottenham which was where the first fight was at, they really want to bring the rematch back there, I love the idea of that as well.
"Egis Klymas and Oleksandr Usyk are actually in the UK this week so we’re going to sit down with them and just talk through everything. We’re getting to a stage now where we’re going to start thinking about securing a date which will be the end of May or June.
"There’s nothing that’s going to stop Anthony Joshua from taking that fight."
Joshua will be looking for victory to redeem himself for the second time in his career after securing revenge against Andy Ruiz back in 2020 in a mega-fight in Saudi Arabia.
A rematch in the Middle East could be an attractive prospect to the pair with the first fight previously held at Tottenham.
The 32-year-old has faced much uncertainty since his defeat to Usyk including talks to hire a new coach for any rematch.
Trainer Rob McCracken and Joshua faced widespread criticism for their tactical approach to the Usyk fight where he was seemingly reserved compared to his previous trademark aggression.

Coaches such as Canelo Alvarez'a award-winning trainer Eddy Reynoso have been short-listed with Joshua set to make an announcement in the coming weeks.
If Joshua is able to win the rematch it could set up a clash for the undisputed crown against the winner of Fury's defence against Whyte.
Fury's promoter Frank Warren expects Usyk to defeat Joshua for a second time and believes the Ukrainian has the two-time champion's number.
"I do fancy Usyk in the rematch, I did feel that Joshua's corner got it wrong in the last fight. I don't think they got it right at all," he told Boxing Social.
"I feel Usyk's got his number, I feel Usyk's got an exceptional trainer in old man Lomachenko, he's a bloody good trainer and I think they'll be really up fro this in more ways than one.
"I'll be interested to see if AJ does change his trainer but irrespective of that, he's got a lot of things to work on, not just his trainer."
