Here are tonight’s Tottenham Vs Manchester United highlights as Spurs held on for a 4-3 victory to secure their place in the Carabao Cup semi-finals.
Tottenham took a three-goal lead shortly after half-time, before conceding twice from goalkeeper errors to give United hope.
Son Heung-Min then looked to have settled it when he scored Spurs’s fourth directly from a corner, only for Jonny Evans to grab a third for the visitors in added time.
Dominic Solanke opened the scoring after 15 minutes after an error from Altay Bayindir in the United goal.
Moments into the second half, Dejan Kulusevski doubled his side’s advantage, before Solanke added a second ten minutes later.
With Spurs cruising and 3-0 up, Ruben Amorim’s Man United looked completely out of it. But a gift from Spurs keeper Fraser Forster allowed Bruno Fernandes to find Joshua Zirkzee for a tap-in to reduce the deficit.
Forster was again at fault for United’s second. He took too long on the ball after a back pass, allowing Amad Diallo to close him down and gamble, with Forster’s clearance ricocheting off the winger into the net.
Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou had watched his side implode on several occasions already this season, and it looked like United would equalise.
But Son calmed things for the hosts when his corner beat everyone and flew straight in – though United keeper Bayindir was aggrieved after claiming he was fouled in the air.
Evans then made it 4-3 with a header in stoppage time, but Spurs held on to claim the win.

Victory for Spurs keeps their trophy hunt alive. Tottenham have not lifted any silverware since they beat Chelsea to the EFL Cup in 2008.
For United, they have missed out on a great opportunity to win another trophy after last season’s FA Cup triumph.
If they want to retain that title, they’ll need to beat Arsenal at the Emirates on 3 January in their upcoming third round tie.
Spurs also play on that day, travelling to non-league Tamworth – the lowest-ranked club still in this year’s competition.
