Tottenham are waiting for the final paperwork from Chelsea before announcing the capture of Jude Soonsup-Bell from their London rivals.
The teenage striker, who had entered the final six months of his contract at Stamford Bridge, has joined Spurs on a free transfer, although Chelsea will retain a sell-on fee for the striker, who joined their academy from Swindon aged nine.
