Tottenham set to appoint Rangers chief scout Andy Scoulding in huge transfer boost to Antonio Conte

Tottenham are set to add Rangers chief scout Andy Scoulding to their recruitment ranks.

Scoulding is due to move to north London later in the summer, although his official job title is yet to be finalised by Spurs. He arrives with an excellent reputation from Ibrox, having joined Rangers back in 2017.
