Tottenham Surgery World Cup South Korea

Tottenham forward Son Heung-min is set to undergo surgery to stabilise a fracture around his left eye, the club have confirmed.

The South Korean international was forced off in the first half of Tottenham's Champions League clash against Marseille following a challenge with Chancel Mbemba, placing his World Cup availability for South Korea in doubt.

A Spurs statement read: We can confirm Heung-Min Son will undergo surgery to stabilise a fracture around his left eye.
