Three Tottenham youngsters are tipped to become better than the entire Spurs squad bar Harry Kane according to Football Manager 2023.
Football Manager 2023 was released earlier this month, with the football simulation game boasting a database of over 800,000 players and staff, giving FM the reputation as the most realistic and accurate football game. The database has been used by clubs around the world to help with scouting and academy set-ups due to its extensive attention to detail.
Harry Kane is the highest-rated player in the Tottenham squad on FM23, with his current ability 183/200 - the fourth best in the Premier League. And, FM23 has ranked some of the youngsters at Spurs to reach similar levels to Kane in the future.

So, who does Football Manager 2023 think are the best youngsters at Spurs? Let's take a look.
The best wonderkids at Tottenham in FM23
In Football Manager 2023, each player in the database is given a value out of 200 for both Current Ability (CA) and Potential Ability (PA). Current Ability is how good the player is now, whilst Potential Ability is how good the player is tipped to be.
The best wonderkids are given a minus value for Potential Ability (PA), which gives them a potential ability range rather than a guaranteed PA rating which can be decided based on their development. A value of -10 means that the youngster could reach a Current Ability between 170/200 and 200/200, a value of -95 means that the youngster could reach a Current Ability between 160/200 and 190/200 and a value of -9 means that the youngster could reach a Current Ability between 150/200 and 180/200 etc.

According to FM23, young trio Destiny Udogie, Alfie Devine and Dane Scarlett are the best youngsters at Spurs, with all three given a -9 potential ability. This means their Potential Ability ceiling is 180/200, and if all three were to fulfil their potential, they would become some of the best players in world football.
For context, Kane's current ability on FM23 is 183/200, meaning Udogie, Devine and Scarlett are predicted to hit the levels of Kane. They are also tipped to become better than Son Heung-min, with the South Korean's current ability 173/200.
Bryan Gil and Jamie Doherty have a PA ceiling of 170 which is better than the entire Spurs squad bar Son and Kane, and the likes of Pape Matar Sarr, Troy Parrott, Harvey White and Alfie Dorrington are predicted to become some of the best in the Premier League.
