Cristian Stellini faces a difficult task when it comes to lifting Tottenham, the players and the fans for the remaining nine matches of the Premier League season.
The Italian has taken over from his long-time boss Antonio Conte as Spurs' caretaker head coach and he has inherited a team struggling for inspiration and a fanbase worn down by a frustrating season with little in the way of attractive football or exciting moments, and certainly no end in sight to the long wait for silverware.
There are fears among the supporters that Stellini, while popular with the players and those within the club, is very much a Conte man after decades together and injuries have hampered him from making many changes to the system as well.

Our Tottenham correspondents Alasdair Gold and Rob Guest discuss all of the above plus the draw at Everton, the criticism Harry Kane received after the match and the latest on the managerial search in the new episode of their Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham podcast.
