Tottenham predicted team vs Leicester City: Antonio Conte to make unpopular decision with fans

Antonio Conte's main decision comes on the right-hand side and whether to freshen up his Tottenham team as they welcome Leicester City on Sunday.

Spurs have the opportunity to move back into fourth spot in the Premier League, even if just for a few hours, when they host Brendan Rodgers' men ahead of Arsenal's game at West Ham. Conte's side need to get back to winning ways after poor performances in the home loss against Brighton and the draw at Brentford.

Tottenham failed to register a single shot on goal in either game and they need to rediscover their shooting boots as the Foxes arrive in the wake of their drawn Europa Conference League semi-final first leg tie against Roma on Thursday night.

The main team selection poser for Conte lies on that right-hand side and whether he persists with Emerson Royal or he uses a more attacking player in the role to provide some threat down that flank.

With Matt Doherty out injured for the remainder of the season, the Spurs boss has only really name-checked Dejan Kulusevski as being another player suitable for the role, despite being left-footed, while he uses Steven Bergwijn more as an emergency left wing-back when required and Lucas Moura appears to be out of the equation.

Although the least popular decision with the fans, Conte could continue with Emerson on the right in the knowledge that Leicester are unlikely to sit back as Brighton and Brentford did which will give Kulusevski more space to impress if he is positioned further up the pitch.

Spurs will be without Sergio Reguilon, Oliver Skipp, Doherty and Japhet Tanganga who are all out injured, the latter three for the rest of the season and the Spaniard for a currently unknown period.

Here is the team we reckon Conte will select to face the Foxes:

3-4-3: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.
