Antonio Conte is likely to make a few changes to his Tottenham team for this afternoon's Premier League clash against Fulham. Admitting that he would start to rotate his XI once the games start coming thick and fast for his side, the Spurs boss needs to freshen things up with the Champions League commencing next week.
Not exactly blessed with plenty of options last season, things have now changed at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following a number of new arrivals. Speaking to the media on Friday afternoon, Conte revealed that Lucas Moura and Bryan Gil would be unavailable through injury for the third match in a row.
Cristian Romero's return from an adductor injury has come as a boost to Conte and his team, with Rodrigo Bentancur also available again after missing out at West Ham due to the impact of the head injury he sustained at Nottingham Forest last Sunday. So who will be named in the Tottenham team to take on Fulham?

We could see changes at the back and that may open up the door for Clement Lenglet to make his full Spurs debut, while it has to be decided if Romero is rested and then brought back into the team vs Marseille. Wing-backs Emerson Royal and Ivan Perisic may also be handed a breather ahead of Wednesday's Champions League game, thus possibly seeing Matt Doherty and Ryan Sessegnon replace them in the process.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg did pick up a knock in the first half at West Ham and could drop down to the bench as a result. That in turn may see Conte unleash a new midfield partnership of Bentancur and Yves Bissouma as Oliver Skipp hasn't played since the tour of South Korea.
In attack, Richarlison is likely to come in but Conte faces a tough decision on who misses out. Son Heung-min desperately needs a goal and would benefit from another starting spot, but then again a little rest could perhaps do him the world of good.
Here is the Tottenham team we believe Conte will select against Fulham.
Predicted Tottenham team: Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Lenglet; Doherty, Bissouma, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Richarlison
