Tottenham Hotspur begin the new year by welcoming Aston Villa and Antonio Conte has plenty of selection decisions to make with returning players and out of form stars.
Spurs returned to action after the World Cup break with a 2-2 draw at Brentford on Boxing Day and in doing so extended their unwanted record of conceding the first goal during a game to nine matches in a row. Conte will be hoping to end that poor run and grab all three points against Unai Emery's side on New Year's Day.
Conte has key men and World Cup finalists Hugo Lloris and Cristian Romero back in contention and both should start the game for Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
