Antonio Conte needs to patch together his Tottenham team to face AC Milan in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
The Spurs boss is without captain Hugo Lloris, Rodrigo Bentancur, Yves Bissouma and Ryan Sessegnon, all out with long-term injuries, and he also has Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg suspended from the match at the San Siro. Conte has already indicated that he will name a young midfield pairing in 20-year-old Pape Matar Sarr and 22-year-old Oliver Skipp rather than push Eric Dier back into a role in the centre of the pitch.
Elsewhere the main decisions for Conte lie in defence where Cristian Romero is back after his Premier League suspension and the Italian may choose to bring Clement Lenglet in for Ben Davies.

Emerson Royal is likely to replace Pedro Porro at right wing-back after the Spaniard's tough debut at Leicester. Up front, Conte must decide whether to bring Richarlison or Arnaut Danjuma into the front three after an underwhelming showing by the attack at the King Power Stadium.
Here is the Spurs team we reckon Conte will select:
3-4-3: Forster; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Emerson, Skipp, Sarr, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.
