Tottenham booked their return to the Champions League and Heung-min Son shared the Golden Boot with Mohamed Salah as they thrashed relegated Norwich 5-0.
A draw would have all but guaranteed Spurs a top-four finish ahead of rivals Arsenal but the win rarely felt in doubt after Dejan Kulusevski opened the scoring after 16 minutes.
Harry Kane added a second before half-time, with attention quickly turning to Son scoring the one goal he needed to move level with Salah at the top of the scoring charts.
He finished win two, the second a trademark curling finish, after Kulusevski had made it 3-0 but Salah’s late goal for Liverpool ensured the gong was shared.
Dan Kilpatrick was at Carrow Road to rate the Spurs players...
Hugo Lloris 7
Norwich had a go at the start of each half but the Frenchman still did not have a serious save to make.
Davinson Sanchez 7
Stepped up during the run-in, ensuring Cristian Romero’s absence has not been too keenly felt. Put in another decent display.
Eric Dier 7
Milot Rashica nearly punished a loose pass in the first half but otherwise unflustered. Stood up well toTeemu Pukki, who occasionally threatened to get in behind.
Ben Davies 8
The away end sung his name after an important block in the first half and he stepped out of defence well. Also tested Krul from range in the first half.
Emerson Royal 7
Finished the season with another solid performance at right wing-back.
Ryan Sessegnon 7
Another energetic and compsoed display at left wing-back. After a full pre-season under Conte, he could really kick-on next season.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg 8
Missed an early chance to settle Spurs’ nerves when he fired over but made the opening goal with a superb pass for Bentancur and caught the eye with his invention, albeit against a pedestrian opponent.
Rodrigo Bentancur 9
The architecht of the victory with two fine assists first time. Both were sharp, composed, unselfish pieces of play, summing up the Uruguayan’s key qualities.
Dejan Kulusevski 9
Decisive again, setting Spurs on their way with a simple tap-in and capping the win with a beauty. Nearly had a memorable assist after skinning two players on the right, only for Hojbjerg to blaze over. Appeared to try to tee up Son rather than score after rounding Krul at 2-0...but it didn’t matter.
Heung-min Son 10
Finished a superb season with the Golden Boot (shared with Mohamed Salah) after a clinical double. Did not let his head drop after seeing three efforts saved by Krul, and his second was a trademark curling stunner.
Harry Kane 8
Having recovered from a mid-week sickness bug, he got better as the game progressed. Got his goal with a sharp diving header and was involved in Son’s first goal.
Subs
Lucas Moura (Kulusevski 68’) 7
Made Son’s first goal with a deft touch in pratically his first involvement.
Harry Winks (Bentancur 73’) 6
A farwell appearance? Had a late run out with Spurs comfortable.
Steven Bergwijn (Emerson 73’) 6
Did not get a chance to score a final Spurs goal in what is expected to be his last appearance for the club.
