Tottenham player ratings vs Brentford: Djed Spence shines in impressive rearguard display

Tottenham earned a first victory in the Premier League since December 15, as Vitaly Janelt’s own goal and substitute Pape Matar Sarr’s late second earned them a scrappy 2-0 win over Brentford in west London.

Janelt turned Heung-min Son’s corner over his own line midway through a cagey first half in which the Bees had the better of the chances.
