Here is your Tottenham morning digest on Saturday, April 2.
Dybala impact on Martinez transfer
According to Tuttosport, Paulo Dybala moving to Inter Milan in the summer could pave the way for Lautaro Martinez to move to Tottenham. Spurs were interested in signing the Argentine striker last summer, but he then committed his future to Inter by signing a new contract.
However, as the summer transfer window approaches, Tottenham have once again been credited with an interest in Martinez. Inter, though, will be determined to sign a replacement if Martinez is to depart and Dybala could be that man.
The Juventus attacker, who will become a free agent at the end of the season, has been linked with a host of clubs from around Europe - including Spurs. Dybala could have a huge bearing on Tottenham's summer transfer plans either way.

Kane transfer message
Tim Sherwood has completely played down Harry Kane making a shock switch to Chelsea in the summer transfer window. The Tottenham striker is once again being strongly linked with a move away from north London after last summer was full of speculation.
Speaking on the Kelly & Wrighty Show, Sherwood said: "He won't go to Chelsea. He won't leave Tottenham to go to Chelsea or Arsenal, so it narrows it down to wherever he thinks he can best win."
Conte makes Rodon confession
Antonio Conte has hailed Joe Rodon as a "great man" following a fine week on the international stage for Wales. Struggling for game time at Tottenham this season with players ahead of him in the pecking order, the centre-back delivered a defensive masterclass to help his country seal a crucial 2-1 victory over Austria in their World Cup play-off.
"Joe is not playing many games with us but despite this he was fit," Conte said on Friday. "Joe is a good player but a really really great man.
"He had broken two ribs. He did every training session. He was always available and I know very well the pain you feel when you break a rib. It means you're a great man."
