The confirmation of the new Premier League fixtures will only fuel the excitement Tottenham Hotspur fans are feeling.
While there was so much focus on securing a Champions League berth last term, in the top flight there will be hope that the team can kick on. They may not have enough yet to challenge the might of Manchester City and Liverpool, but third spot feels up for grabs.
Manager Antonio Conte will want his squad primed and ready for Week 1, when Spurs host Southampton. If they get off to a fast start, then all the groundwork is in place for a season to remember to form.
