Paratici 'holds transfer talks'

Paratici held talks with representatives of McKennie over a potential move, it has been reported.

It is claimed that Paratici is a 'big fan' of McKennie and held talks in January over a potential move. Antonio Conte and Paratici have plenty of money to spend after Tottenham’s owners invested £150million into the club ahead of the transfer window this summer.

And they could target a new midfielder, with McKennie among the names being linked. It means Paratici's January talks could hold Spurs in good stead ahead of what has been described as a discrete summer deal.

He's now available following his release by Real, although football.london reports that "while Tottenham's managing director of football Fabio Paratici is a big fan of Bale there is a feeling both within the Welshman's camp and inside Spurs that another return to the club is unlikely at this point".

Kulusevski rates Spurs spell

Dejan Kulusevski says his time at Tottenham Hotspur so far "could not be better".

The Sweden international arrived on loan from Juventus in the January transfer window and was instrumental in helping Antonio Conte's side secure a top four finish in the Premier League. That has led Kulusevski to rate his time in north London as "ten out of ten" as he claimed "everything was perfect".

In encouraging news for Spurs fans the winger has given a promising update on whether his move will be made permanent. Kulusevski added that he believes that even if Spurs do not purchase him this summer "it's mandatory the following summer".
