Scarlett fate revealed
For Dane Scarlett, unless Conte decides otherwise this summer, football.london understands that the plan is to loan the teenage striker out next season to get him the minutes he needs to continue his development, particularly with Spurs expected to sign a striker to support Kane. Bournemouth are understood to have made an approach for Scarlett last summer but Spurs rejected that move because they wanted a guarantee of playing time.
For next season, Tottenham are expecting to receive more approaches from Championship clubs, although a move to League One might suit the young player better at this age. Spurs will have to select Scarlett's loan team carefully because for a player touted as a future star by both Conte and Mourinho, the next stage of his development is crucial.

Ferdinand endorses £29m decision
Rio Ferdinand has claimed that Tottenham would be 'crazy' to not sign Dejan Kulusevski on a permanent deal in the summer transfer window. Speaking on latest episode of Rio Ferdinand Presents FIVE, the former Manchester United defender showered the Sweden international with praise.
"Kulusevski has been phenomenal at Spurs," he said. "He plays like a man beyond his years, cultured, calm. If they don’t sign him, they’re crazy."
The 22-year-old has featured 16 times for the north Londoners this season, registering three goals and eight assists. Kulusevski has impressed under Conte's wing, despite having failed to do so at Juventus. According to Goal, Tottenham have an option to buy Kulusevski for €35million (£29million).
Spurs plan Dortmund transfer hijacking
Tottenham are plotting a move for Braga defender David Carmo, according to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, via Sport Witness. The report claims that Fabio Paratici has 'opened negotiations' with the Liga NOS outfit ahead of a move at the end of the season.
The 22-year-old centre-half reportedly has a £33.5million release clause and has also attracted the interest of Borussia Dortmund. A Bola, as quoted by Sport Witness, claims that Liverpool tried to sign Carmo in January, though just as the window slammed shut.
