Tottenham Hotspur have shortlisted on-loan Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson as a potential replacement for Hugo Lloris, according to reports.
Henderson is currently on loan at Nottingham Forest, having signed for the newly-promoted Premier League club last summer amid frustration over a lack of game-time at United. The 26-year-old was denied a move away last season and told he could compete with David de Gea, but barely got a look in as the Spaniard dominated the role of first-choice.
A total of 18 league appearances before a thigh injury in mid-January has impressed Forest enough for them to plan a permanent offer this summer, but ESPN reports that Spurs are also interested. Lloris' contract runs out in the summer of 2024, by which time he will be 37 and expected to leave the North London club.

The report adds that Henderson is one of several shot-stoppers being eyed by Tottenham, alongside Everton's Jordan Pickford, Brentford's David Raya and Diogo Costa of FC Porto. United are expected to offload Henderson in the summer, with relations between club and player frayed from the fallout of last season's lack of minutes.
Elsewhere, the Evening Standard reports that United are set to beat Chelsea to young Watford star Harry Amass.
United are reportedly in advanced talks with the 16-year-old over a summer move, despite him breaking into the Hornets' first-team squad earlier this year - although he is yet to feature for the senior side.
An attacking and direct left-back, his decision is thought to be centred around wanting to develop in a top-tier academy, rather than rush a break into senior football with a Championship team.
Amass has caught the eye of several top-flight clubs during his spells with Watford's under-18s, where he is regularly their youngest and most promising player in the Professional Development League.
Chelsea were thought to be the main rivals for any move, but Ten Hag's side look to have come out on top.
