Tottenham could be set for a major transfer boost with speculation that Inter Milan are closing in on Gleison Bremer.
The Torino defender, a target for both Spurs and Chelsea, had an impressive season in Serie A and looks like he has decided to stay in Italy by joining giants Inter. The move would be a blow to Spurs and their west London rivals but could pave the way for another target to head to north London.
Bremer's move to the San Siro would allow the club to accept Tottenham's bid for Alessandro Bastoni, with a replacement seemingly on it's way. Conte managed Bastoni when the pair were together at Inter and his arrival would recreate his partnership with Ivan Perisic, who arrived last week.

Bastoni won't come cheap, with Calcio Mercato reporting that Inter want €60million (£51.5million) for their star. And his agent Tullio Tinti has come out in public to say that the Italy international is happy in Milan. “He is a huge fan of the team he plays for. He likes being at Inter," he revealed. “But he is also a professional, that is how football is and we must adapt. He is very happy at Inter and has the shirt on his skin of him.”
Despite being happy at the club, Inter are believed be in desperate need of money to bolster their attacking options, with rumours of a possible move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukau. That scenario could work in Spurs' favour, as well as the Bremer transfer, as Bastoni has two years left on his deal and the Nerazzurri are aware that this is his peak value.
Should Spurs and Daniel Levy get a deal over the line, Spurs would have signed three Inter stars who played a crucial role in their last Serie A title win in 2021.
