Antonio Conte has named the Tottenham team that he believes can overturn their 1-0 deficit to AC Milan and head into the Champions League quarter-finals.
Following back-to-back defeats against Sheffield United and Wolves, Conte needs his team to rediscover their shooting boots if they want to continue their journey in Europe. After two matches without scoring, Conte has decided to make just the one change for this crunch Champions League tie.
The back three was set at Wolves with Eric Dier suspended and that has granted Ivan Perisic another start at left wing-back with Ben Davies already indisposed behind him. Emerson Royal comes in for Pedro Porro on the right.

Conte might have been tempted to bring in the fresh legs of Pape Matar Sarr, but if he has stuck with the more experienced Oliver Skipp alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Up front is where the Italian had more decisions to make with Son Heung-min, Harry Kane and Dejan Kulusevski all struggling to find the net at Molineux on Saturday. So did Richarlison and Lucas Moura at under-strength Championship side Sheffield United in midweek.
In the end Conte went with the trio that started against Wolves with the hope that after having 21 shots that day, Tottenham can create and this time score more than one.
Forster; Romero, Lenglet, Davies; Emerson, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son. Subs: Austin, Whiteman, Sanchez, Tanganga, Porro, Sarr, Devine, Lucas, Richarlison, Danjuma.
