Tottenham will face Barcelona in their final pre-season friendly before the start of the new season.
Spurs are set to take part in the 58th Joan Gamper Trophy match against the Spanish giants on Tuesday, August 8 at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys - where all Barcelona games will be played this season due to renovations at the Camp Nou.
The Trophy is the Blaugrana’s annual showpiece match ahead of the start of the new LaLiga season, named after the club’s founding member, player and later president.
The Spanish champions are unbeaten in the fixture since 2012 and Spurs will become the first English side to compete in the Gamper Trophy twice, having previously taken part in 1986 when it was a four-team tournament and losing out to PSV Eindhoven on penalties.
Spurs are due to start pre-season in earnest with a game against rivals West Ham in Perth next Tuesday before taking on Leicester City in Bangkok and local side Lion City Sailors in Singapore before the end of July.
They will also host Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk on August 6 to raise funds for victims of the war in Ukraine.
Ange Postecoglou's side begin the new campaign at London rivals Brentford on August 13.
