Tottenham have reportedly agreed to a £25million fee to sign Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma, and he is to undergo a medical on Thursday as they look set to beat Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea and Everton to his signature.
Spurs were linked with the 25-year-old in January and have revived their interest in the midfielder as Antonio Conte strengthens his squad ahead of the 2022/23 campaign. Bissouma only has one year left on his current deal with Graham Potter's side and looks set to become Spurs' third signing of the summer.
Conte's side will play Champions League football next year and are expected to have a busy summer transfer window with plenty of incomings and outgoings. According to The Times, Tottenham are confident of agreeing on personal terms with Bissouma, and the Mali international could have a medical this week.
