The start of the Champions League game between Tottenham and AC Milan has been delayed after their buses got stuck in traffic.
The game was pushed back by 10 minutes and when it did get going, things got worse for the hosts, unable to find the back of the net as their Italian opponents held on for a 1-0 aggregate win after their victory at Stadio San Siro three weeks ago.
Both teams arrived late to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for their second-leg match in the round of 16.
AC Milan was based in a hotel in the Shoreditch district of London and only got to the ground just before 7pm local time, ahead of a scheduled 8pm kick-off.
Tottenham had arrived only minutes earlier after also experiencing traffic problems.
Spurs then found themselves in the referee's book three times in the first quarter of the match.
First defenders Cristian Romero and Clément Lenglet were shown yellow cards, before manager Antonio Conte, back on the sideline after gallbladder surgery, also received a warning.
Romero got his second yellow and was sent off for a challenge on Théo Hernandez in the 78th minute.
Chelsea and Benfica have already progressed to the quarterfinals, with the Blues also delayed by London's traffic .
Bayern Munich scored a 3-0 aggregate win over Paris St Germain in the other round-of-16 game on Wednesday (local time), adding a 2-0 home victory to their Parc de Princes win in the first leg.
