A Tory MP who said it would be "immoral and illiterate" for Brits to take in more Ukrainian refugees has deleted his Twitter account.
Daniel Kawczynski on Monday claimed the social media platform was "not for me" and insisted the platform was allowing a "huge amount of denigration and disinformation" to spread.
The MP for Shrewsbury had used Twitter for eight years, and only decided to delete his account days after his comments on refugees sparked huge backlash.
