Tory leadership candidates face off in ITV debate tonight ahead of next round of voting

Five Conservative leadership hopefuls are set to face each other in the second live television debate on Sunday night ahead of another round of voting on Monday.

Former Chancellor Rishi Sunak, Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, Kemi Badenoch, Penny Mordaunt and Tom Tugendhat all made it through to the third round of voting.

Tonight’s debate on ITV will see the five remaining candidates debate with each other on the issues dominating the campaign in response to questions put to them by host Julie Etchingham.
