THE Conservatives will review devolution and strip the Scottish parliament of powers if they win the next General Election.

Senior members of Kemi Badenoch’s shadow cabinet are currently drawing up a policy about revisiting the Scotland Act with a view to changing what is devolved to the Holyrood government, insiders told The Daily Mail.
